Some Florida tax collectors offer certificate buyers the option of downloading their 1099-INT forms on LienHub.
See if electronic 1099 forms are available for a tax collector
Sign in to LienHub.com.
Select the county from which you want to view the electronic 1099-INT form using the Select a County menu on the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
If the tax collector offers this option in LienHub, a link will appear in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page that says, "Tax Statements."
Opt to receive 1099-INT forms electronically
- Click the Electronic 1099 Consent button.
- Review the policy for electronic delivery of tax statements, which includes important information about how to access 1099-INT, as well as instructions if you need to obtain paper copies.
- Enter your electronic signature and click Submit My Consent.
Note: Although you are consenting to receive only electronic copies of the 1099-INT form, you may continue to also receive paper copies via mail from some tax collectors (in addition to the electronic copy provided on LienHub).
Please note: If you consent after the Tax Collector has already started processing their paper 1099s, you may also receive a paper copy for that tax year.
