LienHub allows you to see a list of changes that have been made to the certificates in your portfolio.

View Notifications About Your Certificates and Tax Deed Applications

  1. Sign in to LienHub.com.

  2. Select a county using the Select a County menu on the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.

  3. Click My Portfolio. Please note: If you have not already added at least one bidder under My Portfolio, you will be prompted to do so first. You can only see certificate and redemption data for the bidders you add to your Portfolio. Once you have added a bidder under the My Portfolio module, you will be able to see the My Portfolio page.

  4. Click Notifications.

  5. A message that appears on your Notifications page will remain available for 120 days.

Certificate was added to your list.

The Certificate has been added to your list. It has been purchased by or transferred to a bidder number associated with your User ID.

Certificate was removed from your list The Certificate has been removed from your list, most likely because it has been transferred to another bidder number or canceled by the county.

Certificate was redeemed

The Certificate has been redeemed by the taxpayer.

Tax deed was added to your list.A Tax Deed Application has been successfully processed for the Certificate.

Tax Deed Application was removed from your list.

The Tax Deed Application has been removed from your list, most likely because it has been redeemed by the taxpayer or cancelled by the County.

Certificate is now blocked from deed application.

The Certificate is no longer eligible for Tax Deed Application because of the blocking reason stated in the message. Blocking Reasons vary by county and you should contact the county if you need further information.

Certificate is no longer blocked.

The Certificate is now eligible for Tax Deed Application because the blocking reason stated in the message has been removed.
